Terms of Use

How to Order

You may order online through the La Tierra Sagrada site here. Payments are processed at the time you place your order. We accept all major credit cards including; Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Card.

Pricing

All prices for our products are listed in US dollars plus applicable sales taxes and shipping charges.

Changes To Orders

Please carefully review your order prior to submitting it to us. Once an order is placed, it is final. If you do have any concerns with your order, please contact customer care immediately at customercare@latierrasagradahair.com We will jump through hoops to accommodate your request but we do work very diligently to get our orders to you as quickly as possible and more often than not, an order is shipped before we have a chance to change it.

The same applies to cancelling an order. Please contact customercare@latierrasagradahair.com immediately with any concerns.

Shipping and Delivery

All orders ship within 1 to 3 business days from receipt. Packages are shipped from our facility located in the Pacific Northwest and shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and delivery address of your order. All shipping charges will be calculated and added to your order at the time of checkout.

You may expedite your order for faster shipping provided you assume any additional charges for your request. Please contact customercare@latierrasagradahair.com with expedited shipping request.

Order Tracking

Once your online order is submitted, you will receive a notification the order has been received by La Tierra Sagrada. When the package is shipped, you will receive another email with the carrier tracking information.

Damages/Defects

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. If you discover any issues due to damage or defective items, please submit documentation and photos of the damaged items to customercare@latierrasagradahair.com within 5 days of receipt of your order.   We will send you a replacement order for any of the damaged or defective items in your shipment.

Returns & Exchanges

We only accept returns in the case of defective merchandise as noted above. We do not accept returns or issue refunds on orders that have been used.

You can return your unused item(s) for a full refund within 30 days from the date the products were received. However, customers will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping and up to 20% restocking fee. The items have to be unused and in original condition.  

Please allow two weeks for your return to be processed once shipped. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction. We apologize, however, the original and return shipping fees are not refundable.

Very occasionally people have allergic reactions to certain ingredients within products they haven’t used before and they can vary from customer to customer.
 
If you do have an allergic reaction to a product, we recommend you stop using the product and visit your doctor immediately. Please contact our team within 48 hours of using your product with the below information:
 
- Which product you had the reaction to
- Type of reaction you experienced
- How long after applying the product did the allergic reaction occur
- Did you consult a healthcare professional since having the reaction
 
As a gesture of goodwill, we will refund the value of the product which caused an allergic reaction by La Tierra Sagrada Giftcard.
 
We reserve the right to request a Doctors’ letter and/or photo of the reaction. Please read the information on the product to see if there is anything likely to cause a reaction. All descriptions, ingredients, instruction of use regarding products on our site have been provided by our manufacturer. If you have any concerns regarding the safety of certain ingredients, please contact your doctor.

Storing Products

La Tierra Sagrada products are made from all natural, plant-based products and sourced from pure, organic ingredients which align to our conservation ethics. Our products are free of parabens, sulfates, petrochemicals, GMOs, synthetic fragrances and toxic preservatives.   We do use Essential Oils and Vitamin E as natural preservatives to extend the product shelf life up to 12 months but we do recommend you store them in a cool dark place until ready to use.   Do not store or display your products in sunlight or extreme heat as this will change the chemical composition and efficacy of the oils.

Samples

 
 
We do not offer samples of our products due to the amount of waste it creates.
We strive to be as conscious as possible as there is so much waste in the beauty industry.
